Senior’s Functional Fitness
what is it?
A program designed for people over 60 years of age, and most of our members are over 70. The Senior’s program is intentional and progressive.
Points of focus:
- Movements that improve balance and coordination 
- Weightlifting to reduce the loss of muscle mass and stave off Osteoporosis 
- Mobility to improve flexibility 
- A fun group environment 
is it for me?
It is a generalist approach to fitness. One that accommodates all ages and levels of fitness.
